Texas Grill is an open-kitchen halal grillhouse on Bevois Valley. We've been doing one thing for over fifteen years — flame-grilling proper food in front of the people who eat it. No shortcuts. No microwaves. Just charcoal, char marks, and a 24-hour peri peri marinade we've been refining since day one.

All chicken and meat is 100% halal and UK-sourced from approved British farms. Everything you see being plated, we cooked back there. That's the whole pitch.
